Social Affiliate Specialist - TikTok Shop - Benelux

Job Summary
Execute day-to-day operations for SharkNinja's TikTok Shop affiliate programme in the Benelux by identifying, onboarding, and engaging creators aligned with brand objectives. Deliver affiliate campaigns to drive product visibility, engagement, and sales while maintaining close communication with partners to provide support, performance insights, and creative guidance. Monitor native analytics and internal dashboards to flag trends for optimization, manage administrative tasks like partner tracking and content approvals, and stay informed on emerging trends and competitor activity. Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and serve as the key point of contact for affiliates. This role requires a data-driven mindset to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly, with experience in TikTok Shop Affiliates being advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years' experience in social media, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing
- Experience in TikTok Shop Affiliates
- An understanding of TikTok's ecosystem and content trends
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- A strong commercial acumen and results driven
- A motivated self-starter who is ambitious & curious, with a desire to test new ideas
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles and personalities
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of being able to multitask
