Job Summary
Conduct weekly or biweekly companionship activities with individuals facing social isolation, including coffee breaks, sports, cooking, and local exploration. Support personal goal achievement by building self-confidence and facilitating first steps toward independent living. Maintain regular contact to foster a sense of belonging and humor within a team environment. Requires six-month commitment, initiative to sustain relationships, and experience in social care or willingness to work with vulnerable populations.
Required Qualifications
- 18 jaar of ouder

- Je hebt interesse in onze doelgroep: mensen die zich eenzaam voelen, weinig sociale contacten hebben of moeite hebben om mee te doen in het dagelijks leven. Daarnaast kan iemand te maken hebben (gehad) met dakloosheid en/of psychische kwetsbaarheid, soms in combinatie met verslavingsproblematiek
- Je bent betrouwbaar, geduldig en enthousiast
- Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal zes maanden en hebt tijd om eens per week of om de twee weken af te spreken
