Soccer Squad (Part-Time)

Job Summary
Facilitate soccer-specific activations at community engagement events while providing superb customer service and displaying excitement about the organization. Act as an extension of the Community Engagement department by assisting with core youth programs like Grassroots Soccer, IMPACT Soccer, and MNPS P.L.A.Y.S. Collect and report valuable feedback and insights after each event to provide back to team supervisors. Assist with program set-up and breakdown, including transporting materials to the event site. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Some shifts require lifting a minimum of 50 pounds. Valid driver's license and good driving record required. Bilingual (English & Spanish) is helpful but not required.
Required Qualifications
- A general interest and working knowledge of the sport of soccer
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have transportation, a good driving record, and valid driver's license
- Reliable and punctual, being on-time is important to you
- Must be able to move and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Background check is required

- Experience playing the game and coaching youth
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Strong people and communication skills
- Comfortable promoting and interacting with new people at NSC events with a fun and positive attitude
- Collaborative personality who works well with others on their team
