Job Summary
Conduct high-energy, tech-enabled soccer training sessions using TOCA's curriculum to improve players' technical ability, awareness, and decision-making through structured pathways. Provide supportive feedback, timely interventions, and consistent reinforcement while building strong relationships with players, parents, and coaches. Collaborate with the Training Manager to track progress, review performance data, and strategize for player retention and growth. Maintain a clean, inviting facility atmosphere and uphold core values of excellence and community. Requires soccer experience at youth, college, or pro levels and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Soccer experience (coaching or playing at youth, college, or pro levels)
- A passion for coaching and player development
- Energy to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and the occasional holiday
- Ready to be active and move, lift, and assist throughout the day
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
