Job Summary
Soccer Site Manager at i9 Sports responsible for overseeing game-day operations at a Tampa venue, field setup/breakdown, supervising part-time staff and volunteer coaches, ensuring programs run on schedule, maintaining venue cleanliness, and delivering strong customer service with a focus on safety and sportsmanship. Requires high level soccer experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, independence, problem-solving ability, readiness to lead in varied evening/night/weekend schedules for a ~7-week season, and a customer-service mindset to foster positive relationships with families.
Required Qualifications
