Job Summary
On-field Official responsible for enforcing i9 Sports rules and cultivating a positive culture during youth games; acts as an on-field coach, manages time and score, teaches core concepts like sportsmanship, and ensures player safety. Requires excellent communication, sport-specific officiating or coaching experience, independence, situational awareness, and a positive, relationship-building attitude. Must be available to work weekends and evenings for the season (approximately 7 weeks).

- Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
