Job Summary
On-field officiating for youth sports leagues; enforce i9 Sports rules; teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values; keep time and score during games; manage instruction and competition at an age-appropriate level; maintain a positive attitude and high level of customer service; requires weekend availability and a National Criminal Background Check; season runs Saturdays for 8 weeks with up to 8 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
- Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
- Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
- This job is only on Saturdays for 8 weeks. Up to 8 Hours per Week. Starting around 7:00AM.
