Job Summary
Enforce i9 Sports rules and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values during games. Keep time and score while managing age-appropriate instruction and competition levels. Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment to ensure safety and fun for all players. Maintain a positive attitude and superior customer service skills throughout the fall season in Lake Stevens. This role directly impacts players, coaches, and spectators each game day, offering weekend shifts that fit well with work or school schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Brings a fun, energetic attitude when working with children
- Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
- Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
- Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work the days specified above
