Job Summary
Lead soccer training sessions for children, teaching fundamental soccer skills in a fun, engaging way. Foster teamwork and sportsmanship, ensure a safe and inclusive environment, communicate with parents, provide progress feedback, assist in planning special events and tournaments, maintain equipment, keep the field ready, and stay updated on coaching techniques and child development practices.
Required Qualifications
- Previous coaching or teaching experience, preferably with young children.
- Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals and techniques.
- Passion for working with children and fostering their growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Background check clearance required.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive demeanor.
