Job Summary
Run fun, engaging soccer sessions using TOCA's curriculum to guide children aged 18 months to 13 years through drills and activities. Organize playful games that apply new skills while fostering teamwork and sportsmanship, tailoring each class to the kids' age and abilities. Create a positive vibe to keep participants motivated and excited, while communicating progress updates to parents. Ensure the field and equipment are safe and ready by following all safety guidelines, and handle class rosters, attendance, and player evaluations. Work part-time afternoons, weekends, and holidays, kneeling, bending, and lifting equipment up to 30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Soccer experience (playing or coaching)
- Passion for the game
- Love working with kids and helping them grow
- Availability to work afternoons and weekends
- Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for long durations of time
- Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of 30+ pounds
- Energy to stay active and lift equipment when needed
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification
