Job Summary
Direct and oversee all preschool operations for Sherwood Oaks Christian Church in Bloomington, IN. Lead staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations; oversee daily operations including budget management and scheduling; serve as the primary point of contact for families and conflict resolution; supervise the Administrative Assistant and Nursery Coordinator; partner with the Next Gen team to align the preschool with the church's mission; bring a relational, ministry-minded leadership approach and ensure licensing/early childhood standards are met.
Required Qualifications
- Background in early childhood or elementary education (degree preferred)
- Leadership or administrative experience
- Familiarity with licensing and early childhood standards
- Active attendance and involvement at Sherwood Oaks Christian Church, or willingness to become actively engaged upon hire
