Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day activities of the Sales team to drive performance and oversee all sales metrics and budgets for the complete machine sales department. Lead the development and deployment of a comprehensive sales strategy and long-term plans that integrates business values, mission, resources, and goals. Create annual Sales Department goals, budgets, and incentives plans while defining strategies for new and used equipment sales. Direct recruiting, staffing, and employee development efforts to attract, retain, and coach sales management personnel. Implement customer relationship processes to maintain dealership loyalty and ensure consistent internal and external customer satisfaction across all locations. Achieve asset turn goals and oversee new and used complete goods inventory levels while engaging with local associations to promote dealership visibility in the territory.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years sales management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience
- Ability to speak effectively one-on-one and within a group
- Familiar with JCB and competitive products
- Proven ability to lead and inspire others
- Positive nature and demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent understanding of financial principles relative to Sales Department operations
- Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports
- Must frequently move and/or transport up to 10 pounds
