Job Summary
Conduct persistent 24/7 monitoring of designated networks, enclaves, and systems while collecting and analyzing event information for threat or target analysis. Interpret, analyze, and report events and anomalies in accordance with Computer Network directives, initiating and responding to discovered cybersecurity events. Manage and execute first-level incident responses, coordinate with external organizations and authorities as required, and distribute directives, vulnerability notices, and threat advisories to stakeholders. Produce daily summary reports of network events and activities, including metrics, and serve as the lead technical manager for the assigned shift.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years experience
- 3+ years of lead or supervisory related experience
- Demonstrated security experience
- Incident Response experience
- ability to create/modify SIEM dashboards
- Certifications in an at least 1 of following: CASP, CCSP, SSCP, GMON, GCIH, GCIA, or GECD
- DOD 8570 CSSP Analyst/Infrastructure Support/IR Certification
- U.S. citizenship
- An active DoD Secret security clearance
- Top Secret/SCI eligibility
