SOC Watch Officer

Lead SOC operations, monitor security events, and coordinate incident response while mentoring analysts and ensuring SLA compliance. Monitor, analyze, and resolve cybersecurity issues following established procedures, then produce clear technical documentation, reports, and briefings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security posture and support compliance with federal cybersecurity standards and best practices. Requires three years of supervisory experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and specific certifications such as CASP or GCED alongside an active TS/SCI clearance. Six years of equivalent experience may substitute for one certification.
