Job Summary
Conduct product testing for automotive SoC chips (3nm/7nm), including LSI characteristic verification and test specification design. Develop test programs and fixtures using LSI testers for shipping sortation and product evaluation. Lead post-volume transition test development from planning to execution, and manage device and OSAT selection for quality implementation. Perform product summarization and investigate measurement results to drive test standard improvements. Requires 3+ years of semiconductor evaluation experience with LSI testers, native Japanese, and English proficiency at listening level.
Required Qualifications
- 3年以上半導体製品(デジタル、アナログ)の評価、もしくはLSIテスタを利用した業務経験
- テストプログラミング/デバッグ方法の経験
- 製品評価を行い測定結果から改善のための調査やテスト規格の検討経験
- 日本語:ネイティブレベル
- 英語:相手の話が聞けるレベル
