Job Summary
Oversee CCTV operation and monitoring, lead a team of security operators, ensure effective use of CCTV to detect and respond to security threats, supervise access-control procedures, and maintain compliance with safety policies. Responsibilities include coordinating with security personnel, preparing incident reports, conducting safety inspections, and delivering training to maintain operational standards and shift coverage. This is a 2nd-shift role with duties that emphasize leadership, documentation, and adherence to company and regulatory policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- MVR with no more than one at-fault occurrence in the last 5 years
- Experience leading security operators or similar teams
- Ability to work 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Proven ability to supervise, train, and ensure shift coverage
- Knowledge of CCTV monitoring, access control policies, and incident documentation
