Job Summary
Lead 24x7 Security Operations Center functions, establishing processes, playbooks, and escalation procedures to ensure timely detection, triage, investigation, containment, and remediation of security incidents. Manage enterprise SIEM, XSIAM, SOAR, and threat hunting initiatives while optimizing detection logic and correlation rules across cloud, endpoints, and networks. Own data loss prevention strategy and operations, monitoring leakage incidents across endpoint, email, cloud, and web environments. Lead vulnerability management programs using Qualys and cloud solutions to drive closure of critical risks and present exposure reports to leadership. Oversee endpoint security technologies including EDR/XDR and anti-malware platforms, ensuring compliance with RBI, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks. Mentor SOC analysts and incident responders, define team objectives, and provide executive-level reporting on threat landscapes and risk posture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of Information Security experience
- Minimum 8+ years managing Security Operations or SOC teams
