Job Summary
Develop core software for R-Car SoC accelerators (NPU/GPU) focusing on execution control and scheduling design/implementation. Build applications, create software demos, and conduct technical discussions with domestic and international customers. Investigate market trends and evaluate new solutions. The role requires a degree in computer science, information engineering, or electrical engineering, plus over five years of software development experience. Candidates must have specific embedded SoC experience with image processing pipelines or hardware accelerators, alongside multi-core development and IPC knowledge. Familiarity with Linux, Android, or QNX is essential. Hybrid work is available (two remote days), with office attendance from Tuesday to Thursday.
Required Qualifications
- コンピュータサイエンス/情報工学/電子工学の学位、または同等の実務経験
- 5年以上のソフトウェア開発経験
- 組込み SoC 上での画像処理パイプラインの設計・実装経験
- (DSP / NPU / GPU などのハードウェアアクセラレータ)
- モジュールレベルからシステム全体に至るまでのソフトウェア設計・開発・検証・妥当性確認の経験
- マルチプロセス/マルチコア環境での開発経験
- OS 間通信(IPC)およびメモリリソース管理
- (SMMU / IOMMU 等)の知識・経験
- Linux(KMS / DRM / Wayland / V4L2 / libcamera / GStreamer)でのソフトウェア開発経験
- Android(SurfaceFlinger / Window Manager / CODEC)でのソフトウェア開発経験
- QNX(Screen / Sensor / Camera Framework)でのソフトウェア開発経験
- FreeRTOSでのソフトウェア開発経験
Desired Qualifications
- 組込みシステムにおける FFI(Freedom From Interference) の知識
- カメラ入力(MIPI‐CSI2、SerDes)、画像処理、ディスプレイ出力の経験
- Audio / Video Codec の知識・実装経験
- (AAC、H.264、H.265、AV1)
- SYCL、ROS2、OpenVX、OpenCVの知見
- OpenGL ES、OpenCL、Vulkan、CUDA
- C++14 / C++17 の利用経験
- ISO26262、Automotive SPICE、Agile / Scrum等の開発プロセス経験
