SOC Program Manager

SOC Program Manager within MUFG PMO responsible for establishing and executing planning, monitoring, and reporting for a portfolio of data management initiatives. Develop and maintain an integrated enterprise project plan for data management projects, create and oversee reporting mechanisms, project projections (capital and operating), manage change control for the portfolio, review vendor contracts to ensure deliverables and accountability, and recommend process enhancements. Facilitate project implementation through planning, meetings, consensus-building, and status communications to senior management. Analyze complex business problems, monitor trends, translate business needs into requirements, and ensure compliance with Bank policies and regulatory controls (e.g., Patriot Act, CIP, AML, Bank Secrecy Act). Typical requirement of 7+ years’ experience in leading and managing large, cross-functional projects with strong business analysis and matrix management skills.
