SOC Manager

Lead enterprise-wide incident response efforts, including cyber investigations, phishing incidents, and threat detection across endpoint, network, and cloud environments. Oversee threat hunting, vulnerability management, and security monitoring programs while owning and enhancing incident response playbooks. Manage and optimize key security technologies, including SIEM, EDR, Azure cloud security, and email protection tools. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four to five direct reports, managing performance, budgeting, and resource allocation. Contribute to cybersecurity strategy and partner with IT leadership on roadmaps and initiatives aligned with NIST frameworks. Ensure security projects are delivered on time and within budget while driving continuous improvement across processes.
