Job Summary
Monitor OT networks for security threats and vulnerabilities, assisting in incident responses and threat analysis. Manage user provisioning, including creating accounts, modifying permissions, and maintaining access control lists. Execute standard operating procedures, maintain system integrity through backup and recovery services, and engage with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Perform design, implementation, and administration of complex computing environments in power generation, including Windows servers, network security hardware, and substation systems. Evaluate configurations for newly acquired sites, review security logs, and execute assigned work orders under MSP and MSSP contracts. Operate on a swing shift from late afternoon to late night, including weekends and holidays, as part of a 24/7 operation center in Mexico.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree
- 3 years of relevant OT experience
- Experience in NERC CIP-regulated environments
- Experience in compliance programs
- Experience in standard-driven environments such as PCI-DSS, NIST, ISO-27001
- Knowledge of server hardware
- Knowledge of OS management
- Knowledge of networking
- Knowledge of cybersecurity
- Knowledge of data storage and recovery
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
