Job Summary
Develop and maintain SOC controls, policies, and procedures while reviewing them for efficiency. Contribute to security incident automation processes and ensure continuous improvement through effectiveness testing. Monitor and analyze alerts from various security tools, perform triage, and escalate alarms as necessary. Manage incident responses, track progress, and ensure timely resolution of all issues. Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and vulnerability testing to identify weaknesses and recommend improvements. Generate reports for technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders. This remote SOC Analyst role requires a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security or related fields, 3-5 years of SOC experience, and familiarity with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a SOC role
