Job Summary
Manager-level IT audit engagement lead for SOC 1/2/3 examinations, HIPAA assessments, and external audits of security/privacy frameworks. Responsible for executing day-to-day IT audit activities, evaluating the design and effectiveness of technology controls, identifying findings and improvement opportunities, and communicating progress to clients and management. Supervises IT audit staff, provides performance feedback, and delivers weekly status updates. Requires strong English communication, ability to work independently and with teams, and familiarity with GRC/compliance automation tools (e.g., Vanta, Drata, Secureframe). Eligible candidates must hold or be pursuing certifications such as CISA, CPA, CISSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, or PCI QSA. This is a hybrid, Panama City-based role with 100% remote options for benefits, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, cyber security, or management information systems
- At least 4 years of experience performing IT audit engagements at a Big 4 or other audit/consulting firm
