SOC 2 Associate Manager - LATAM

SOC 2 Associate Manager role focusing on executing IT audit engagements across SOC 1/2/3, HIPAA assessments, and external audits of security/privacy frameworks. Responsibilities include evaluating design/effectiveness of technology controls, communicating audit findings, identifying performance improvements, supervising IT audit staff, offering client-facing leadership and status updates, and training staff. Requires strong communication, motivation, bilingual English, and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, cyber security, or MIS, plus at least 4 years of IT audit experience in a Big 4 or equivalent setting. Certifications such as CISA, CPA, CISSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, or PCI QSA are a plus; familiarity with GRC/automation tools (Vanta, Drata, Secureframe) is beneficial. 100% remote within LATAM with a focus on delivering audits and assurance services for cybersecurity and privacy frameworks.
