Job Summary
SOC 2 Associate Manager – LATAM, fully remote for LATAM-based candidates. Lead and execute IT audit engagements (SOC 1/2/3, HIPAA assessments, and external audits of security/privacy frameworks), evaluate technology controls, identify findings and opportunities, and communicate with clients and teams. Supervise IT audit staff, provide weekly status updates, train staff, and foster client relationships. Requires Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, cybersecurity, or MIS; 4+ years of IT audit experience; familiarity with GRC/compliance tools (Vanta, Drata, Secureframe) a plus; bilingual in English; strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, cyber security, or management information systems
- At least 4 years of experience performing IT audit engagements at a Big 4 or other audit/consulting firm
- Experience using GRC and compliance automation tools (Vanta, Drata, Secureframe) is a plus
- Candidates with an active or working towards CISA, CPA, CISSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, or PCI QSA certification
- Bilingual in English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively
- A high degree of motivation
