Job Summary
SOC 2 Associate Manager leads IT audit engagements across SOC 1/2/3, HIPAA, and other security/privacy frameworks, evaluates design/effectiveness of technology controls, communicates findings, guides client relationships, and supervises IT audit staff; requires strong communication, English bilingual ability, and a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields. Fully remote position limited to LATAM locations; preference for candidates with GRC automation experience and professional certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, cyber security, or management information systems
- At least 4 years of experience performing IT audit engagements at a Big 4 or other audit/consulting firm
- Experience using GRC and compliance automation tools (Vanta, Drata, Secureframe) is a plus
- Candidates with an active or working towards CISA, CPA, CISSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, or PCI QSA certification
