SOC 2 Associate Manager - LATAM

Execute day-to-day activities for IT audit engagements including SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, and cybersecurity audits. Evaluate the design and effectiveness of technology controls, identify and communicate audit findings to management, and help clients identify performance improvement opportunities. Supervise and manage IT audit staff, provide weekly status reports, and proactively communicate potential issues. Train team members and foster client relationships through proactive communication during client meetings. Ensure effective oral and written communication while collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
