Job Summary
Supervise Guest Services Associates by providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high efficiency and guest satisfaction. Monitor daily operations including ticket scanning, sales, season pass processing, and parking entry assistance while overseeing functions like cabana rentals and guest information. Conduct regular audits of ticketing systems, POS registers, and cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance. Address escalated guest concerns professionally and assist with staff onboarding, training, and development. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe guest services area, track associate attendance and productivity, and collaborate with Operations, Park Services, and Security to ensure smooth entry procedures. Support the implementation of promotions and events while identifying process improvements for ticketing and workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Tennessee Driver's License or ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment
- Ability to be covered by and maintain company insurance
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, on fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations re only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate people
