Job Summary
Clean and sanitize facilities, assist guests with inquiries, and enforce waterpark rules while interacting with families in a positive manner. Supervise water bodies to ensure guest safety across two slides, a pool, spray pad, and hot tub. This role requires clear communication with guests and team members, with a preferred background in customer service and an independent work style. A first-aid certificate is beneficial. Shifts typically run 8:30am to 4:00pm and 4:00pm to 10:30pm on weekdays and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Dedicated to providing top-notch customer service
- Full-time and part-time availability
- Ability to work a variety of shifts on weekdays and weekends
- Ability to work 8:30am to 4:00pm shifts
- Ability to work 4:00pm to 10:30pm shifts
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both guests and team members
Desired Qualifications
