Job Summary
Oversee delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of infrastructure services across Cloud and On-Premises environments. Act as primary interface between technical teams, business stakeholders, customers, and external service providers to ensure reliable, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure services. Lead end-to-end delivery and management of infrastructure services (servers, storage, virtualization, networks, databases, platform services); manage operations teams and vendors to meet SLAs and KPIs; coordinate incident, problem, change, and release management; drive automation and modernization initiatives; ensure ITIL compliance, security policies, and governance; lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity testing; monitor health and performance metrics and present insights to senior leadership; support capacity planning and lifecycle management; foster knowledge sharing and team development.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in hybrid infrastructure environments (Cloud and On-Premises)
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management
- Experience managing compute, storage, virtualization, networking, and monitoring
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and complex projects
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, AWS, Azure, GCP, PMP, or Prince2 are preferred
