Job Summary
Personal Banker focused on branch sales and portfolio growth, specializing in unlicensed sales staff. Responsibilities include supporting promotional activities, enhancing customer relationships, referring customers to other areas, maximizing revenues, driving product initiatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and minimizing operational losses. Works within Consumer Banking scope (retail banking, consumer lending, auto finance, small business banking) to deepen existing relationships and minimize attrition. Requires a securities-related license to sell investment products; operates as part of UOB’s Personal and Wealth Banking team to deliver tailored financial solutions and build the future of ASEAN.
