Job Summary
IT Infrastructure Support Engineer role focusing on server management (Windows/Linux) and storage management (SAN/NAS) within a 24/7 Follow-the-Sun support model. Responsibilities include resolving server-related incidents, routine monitoring and maintenance, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, documenting incidents and actions, participating in knowledge-sharing, and ensuring smooth handovers across global teams. Requires basic hardware troubleshooting for storage, vendor coordination (including RMA processes), and escalation of complex issues. Educational qualification is a B.E in IT or Computer Science or equivalent, with 2–4 years of relevant experience. Locality: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India; in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- B.E (IT or Computer Science) or Equivalent
- 2–4 years of IT infrastructure experience with a focus on server management
- experience with Windows and Linux server environments
