Job Summary
Snubbing Operator operates and coordinates snubbing units at well sites in Odessa, TX. Requires active CDL with air brakes endorsement (Class A or B preferred), minimum 2 years snubbing/workover rig experience, and high school diploma or GED. Responsibilities include directing crew during rig-up/rig-down, maintenance and preparation of snubbing equipment, completing inspections and log books, ensuring safety and quality service, mentoring snubbing assistants, and effective communication with customers. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, work in all weather conditions, and travel as needed; strong teamwork and basic computer skills are beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active state-issued CDL (Class A or B) with air brakes endorsement preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years snubbing or workover rig experience
- Basic computer skills (Outlook and Word)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- English communication skills
- Ability to travel and varied schedule
