Job Summary
Specialist, Contact Centre in Corporate Banking responsible for acting as the primary bank contact to handle inbound service calls answering customer inquiries about products and systems, resolving issues, and processing identified financial transactions. Performs inbound x-selling/referrals for IBG products, follows up with customers, and makes outbound calls as needed. Provides timely solutions to customers’ concerns, adheres to approved procedures and compliance/quality standards, and remains available for deployment on standby. Requires strong communication, proficiency with Excel/Outlook/Word, and typing skills; emphasizes customer satisfaction, problem solving, and adherence to risk controls.
