Job Summary
Senior PSP Individual Giving Associate to lead and develop the IG team, manage annual plans for donor acquisition, retention and development across multiple channels (face-to-face, digital, DRTV, direct mail, telemarketing), supervise campaigns (upgrade, conversion, loyalty, welcome, recapture, etc.), oversee donor data care and CRM systems, coordinate with marketing agencies to shape donor journeys, manage budgets and targets, monitor ROI and donor lifetime value, and collaborate with PSP team to maximize income from individual donors in line with UNHCR fundraising strategy.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma; or 2 years relevant work experience with Bachelor or equivalent or higher
