Job Summary
Senior-level procurement leadership role for fresh produce at Nile.ag. Owns relationships with key farmers, collaborates with software engineering to enhance sourcing systems, works with logistics to optimize the supply chain, develops management metrics to track sourcing performance, and leads a team of farmer relationship managers focused on specific fresh produce categories or regions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years of experience in fresh produce procurement, plus proven team leadership and analytical problem-solving skills. Preference for experience implementing new supply chain systems and operating in a hyper-growth start-up environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in fresh produce procurement
