Job Summary
Senior Process Technician at Air Products responsible for daily operation of the ASU/ONG/HPN facilities, including process adjustment, product quality control, trailer filling, routine equipment inspection, PM tasks, and monitoring ETOn/QMAC systems; lead startup/EM shutdown and emergency response under supervision; assist maintenance engineers with preventive maintenance; ensure contractor/visitor safety; participate in safety meetings and audits; issue safety permits; maintain clean control rooms and working areas; perform or assist with preventive maintenance, MI work, fault finding, and major maintenance; manage spare parts and collaborate with logistics, OSC, maintenance, OTS, and commercial teams; coordinate with Emergency Management Bureau for safety inspections; execute energy-management documentation and parameter optimization; standby on-call for plant emergency response.
