Job Summary
Monitor all operating plants and equipment to ensure reliable supply to customers, responding immediately to trips by notifying maintenance teams and shift leaders. Support the shift leader with daily safety production activities, manage operational discipline, and adjust process parameters as authorized. Report abnormal process states, perform troubleshooting, and conduct root cause analysis. Assist in maintaining and optimizing the operation-related document management system. This role requires at least one year of chemical-related operation experience and a full-time college degree, with a preference for chemical majors and good English knowledge.
