Job Summary
Lead design and development of FM's education and interpretation offerings, including cohort learning journeys for Secondary 3 tied to national identity milestones, and special exhibition education programmes. Oversee training of Museum Educators/docents, engage schools and pilots, and manage rollout to 2029. Drive strategic partnerships with MOE, Institutes of Higher Learning, and National Youth Council; design resource kits (physical and digital); supervise educator empowerment and development; collect and process stories for student archive projects; and coordinate end-to-end program delivery and evaluation with a focus on Singapore’s founding values and youth engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience in Education, History, Museum Studies, or a related field
- Preferably 5-7 years in the education sector
- Experience with History and Social Studies
- Experience developing resources/initiatives based on Character and Citizenship Education
- Familiarity with Singapore education system is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders and education partners
- Ability to navigate a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment and work across multidisciplinary teams
