Job Summary
Represent Finance in discussions with business leaders and IT regarding new product launch implementations and system change prioritization. Lead and manage all aspects of the project management life cycle while working with vendors to resolve system issues and provide audit support for SAP FICO, SAP HANA, and Oracle Hyperion applications. Provide budgeting submission and cost control for Finance applications, continuously seeking improvements in system and process flows. This role supports Income's transformation journey within the Business Analyst team, requiring a hybrid work arrangement at the Income Centre in Singapore.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy / Business / IT or a relevant discipline
- Relevant Business Analyst and Project Management experience in Finance related projects
- 3-6 years' experience in an insurance/Financial services industry
- Knowledge and implementation experience in SDLC and agile
- Processes strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Collaborative individual with good interpersonal skills ability to influence stakeholders from various business lines
- Hybrid work arrangement
- Primary Work Location: Income Insurance, Income Centre, 75 Bras Basah Road
