Job Summary
Lead the PMO End to End Marketing function for a major biopharma organization. You will plan, prioritise and track integrated marketing programmes from concept to market, establish transformation management and operating model governance, and act as the central connector between Marketing, Tech/Digital, Medical/Legal/Compliance, and local market leadership. Responsibilities include defining program milestones, managing interconnected workstreams, tracking KPIs and ROI (tool usage, process compliance, behaviour change), ensuring robust risk mitigation, overseeing resource and budget allocation, and designing a comprehensive stakeholder communications cadence. The role emphasizes governance, cross-functional collaboration, delivery of scaled operating models across markets, and quality assurance of new workflows and tools (including LLM-enabled solutions). Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in pharma/biotech/project management, strong communication skills, and UK right to work with hybrid on-site expectations. The position is based in London, United Kingdom, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, project management or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project or programme management within pharmaceutical, biotech, consumer health or related industries
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving marketing and commercial teams
- Strong planning and organisational skills, including experience with project plans, Gantt charts or equivalent tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Right to work and based in the United Kingdom; hybrid with an expectation to be on-site part-time (typically 2–3 days per week)
