Job Summary
Lead end-to-end oversight of a large-scale technical programme within Singtel Networks, driving governance, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and transformation strategy. Collaborate with the CTO office and senior leaders to deliver on milestones, manage vendors, and translate complex technical/operational data into clear executive insights. Develop and deliver regular programme reporting, define the business case and roadmap to enable operational objectives, and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field, and 12 to 15+ years of progressive leadership with strong exposure to networks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field
- 12 to 15+ years of progressive leadership with strong exposure to Networks
- Proven track record managing complex, large-scale cross-functional Networks programmes
- Extensive experience in programme management, preferably across planning and business planning/performance management within a CTO or technology function
- Experience working closely with CTO organisations, engineering teams, and operations teams
- Experience working with senior leadership (e.g., CTO, VPs) and operating in matrixed organisations without direct authority
