Job Summary
Execute the company's business strategies to attain IQVIA Consumer Health goals and develop short- and long-term operating plans aligned with corporate objectives. Provide strategic market advice to the line manager, oversee financial performance, and prepare comprehensive business plans for cost-effective operations. Manage the team by delegating responsibilities, motivating staff, and driving succession planning while ensuring all policies and legal guidelines are followed. Generate new business through client presentations and proposals, maintain trust relationships with clients and authorities, and act as a public speaker to strengthen the company profile. Analyze problematic situations to ensure client objectives and financial targets are met, advocate for talent development, and foster a diverse, collaborative culture of continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- A proven record of success in senior level general or commercial management, preferably in a related industry
- At least 10 years' senior level experience of management of people and resources
- Graduate level of intellect preferably with a higher degree in a management discipline or a professional qualification
- A wide knowledge of the Consumer Health industry and known and respected in the industry
- An understanding of financial management and wider management principles and techniques
- Political and presentational skills with an appreciation of the demands of conflicting interests and of meeting statutory requirements
- A very high level of commercial awareness

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in delivering against targets
- Presentation skills, both verbal and written
