Snr Application Engineer

Study application environments for hot gaskets, cold gaskets, and heat shields; prepare part drawings based on engine and package boundary conditions. Develop design proposals, coordinate manufacturing feasibility, and finalize DVP with customers. Manage cross-functional coordination with sales, purchase, production, quality, and maintenance while visiting clients to address functional quality issues and generate new business. Conduct part analysis, benchmark competitor parts, and participate in white space analysis. Ensure IATF system documentation compliance and lead team coordination throughout the APQP and PPAP processes.
