Job Summary
The Senior Accounting Analyst will lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Responsibilities include supervising accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, reviewing journal entries and reconciliations, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, supporting audits, and mentoring accounting staff. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background, experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment, and proficient skills in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4–6 years of accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational ability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of working across teams and levels
- Fluent in professional-level English
Desired Qualifications
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or automotive aftermarket industry is a strong plus
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong Microsoft Excel skills
