Job Summary
Lead the Snowsports School daily by overseeing lesson operations, managing staff schedules, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across on-snow programs and sales. Collaborate with the Director, Operations Manager, and Business Manager to drive department performance, handle hiring and training, and deliver coaching and performance evaluations. Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and support marketing initiatives while ensuring compliance with Bridger Bowl policies. Serve as the department leader during the Director's absence to ensure operational continuity. Work in changing winter conditions with a consistent schedule including holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience managing and leading employees as part of an operations team
- Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems
- Knowledge of Scheduling platforms
- Knowledge of Personnel management software
- Knowledge of additional computer applications
- Previous experience with the Snowsports industry
- Current PSIA or AASI certification
- Ability to understand and communicate in English with adequate proficiency
- Ability to follow directions from a supervisor
- Ability to read and understand safety guidelines
- Ability to prevent accidents or injuries
- Ability to communicate effectively with visitors and staff
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Ability to handle upset customers
- Ability to complete tasks independently and efficiently
- Ability to learn new tasks

- Ability to maintain focus
- Ability to work in quickly changing winter weather conditions
- Ability to use protective apparel/equipment to prevent exposure to the elements

- Ability to work physically near others throughout the shift
- Ability to type
- Ability to proficiently operate computers and keyboards
- Ability to comply with Bridger Bowl policies and procedures
- Ability to enforce Bridger Bowl policies and procedures
- Ability to contribute to Bridger Bowl's overall sustainability goals
- Ability to attend and participate in required meetings, training sessions, and seasonal planning efforts
- Ability to perform additional duties as assigned by the Director
- Ability to be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a criminal background check
