Required Qualifications

• •Lead by example for all company safety policies and procedures, actively contributing to and reinforcing a safe working environment for self, coworkers, work crews, and guests
• •Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required by resort operations
• •Must be prepared to accept new responsibilities and transfer others
• •Minimum of 2 years experience snowmaking required
• •Must have a valid US Driver's License and complete an MVR check to company standards
• •Minimum age 18 years old to drive company vehicles
• •Ability to work outside in a mountain environment during harsh conditions
• •Ability to walk through deep snow while carrying heavy equipment and tools (50+ pounds)
• •Ability to move large volumes of snow with a shovel
• •Must have a willingness to work 12-hour shifts, day or night
