Job Summary
Join Penrod as a Snowflake Solution Architect and act as a technical liaison for healthcare clients. Lead discovery conversations, design data architectures, and demonstrate Snowflake's capabilities while collaborating with sales and delivery teams. Requires 3-5 years of pre-sales or solution architecture experience, and 2+ years with Snowflake.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in a pre-sales, solution architect, or technical consulting role focused on data platforms or cloud architecture
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Snowflake required, including warehouse sizing, data modeling, and secure data sharing
- Strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory considerations for healthcare data architectures
- Familiarity with integration patterns between Snowflake and tools like dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, Informatica, or Talend
- Experience with modern data stack and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Prior experience in a healthcare-focused systems integrator
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, X12) and EMR/claims systems
Desired Qualifications
- Snowflake certifications (e.g., SnowPro Core, SnowPro Advanced Architect)
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Tableau, or healthcare-specific BI platforms
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
