Job Summary
Deliver snowboard and ski lessons to children aged 4 to 12 following CASI and Big White Ski & Board School’s teaching methodology; develop safe, engaging lesson content; assess student progress and complete achievement records; safeguard guests and coworkers; embody safety + fun to create a memorable alpine experience; demonstrate effective problem solving while collaborating with Big White staff; respond to incidents and emergencies per company procedures; requires CASI level 2 (or international equivalent) with strong interpersonal and communication skills; on-site position at Kelowna, BC.
Required Qualifications
- CASI level 2 or international equivalent
- CASI Snowpark certifications (preferred)
- CSIA certifications (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A satisfactory criminal record check
- Ability to carry 40lbs/18kg while skiing/riding
- Ability to lift 40lbs/18kg
- Criminal Record Checks (all employees)
- Visa/work authorization where required (working holiday visas for foreign nationals)
