Job Summary
Oversee the operation of the tubing facility, ensuring a safe and efficient experience for all guests. Train, schedule, and manage the tubing attendants, including payroll responsibilities. Conduct opening and closing procedures, including snow shoveling and maintenance of conveyor lifts, while performing daily inspections of the conveyor, tubes, and lanes. Monitor guest traffic to manage crowd control and maintain a safe environment. Communicate safety expectations to both customers and staff, ensuring adherence to protocols. Use handheld radios professionally to coordinate with team members and other resort departments. Be present and attentive throughout the day to resolve issues and provide support to staff. Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and operating efficiently at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience managing staff and ensuring a safe, enjoyable guest experience
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and during peak periods
- Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
